New support portal from ACT
In January 2009, ACT launched a new dedicated ServiceDesk portal to provide a single point of contact for all its customers’ support needs.
Using the new online portal at http://servicedesk.card.co.uk ACT customers can raise new requests and access specific, detailed and real-time progress updates 24/7. Customers can also add comments to existing requests and view information about known issues.
